Download Tesis IPS : PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN, LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH DAN PENGALAMAN PRAKTEK KERJA INDUSTRI TERHADAP INTENSI BERWIRAUSAHA

Penelitian ini berangkat dari masalah rendahnya intensi berwirausaha di kalangan siswa SMK di kota Bandung, padahal wirausaha merupakan salah satu pendukung yang menentukan maju mundurnya perekonomian. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan, lingkungan sekolah dan pengalaman Praktek Kerja Industri terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa SMK. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei deskriptif  dan unit analisis yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas XII yang tersebar di beberapa SMK Negeri di kota Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 310 orang siswa yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Data diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Pengetahuan kewirausahaan memberikan pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha. 2) Lingkungan sekolah memberikan pengaruh  terhadap intensi berwirausaha. 3) Pengalaman Praktek Kerja Industri memberikan pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan pengaruh pengaruh positif pengetahuan kewirausahaan, lingkungan sekolah dan pengalaman Praktek Kerja Industri terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah hanya dapat mengetahui besarnya pengaruh dari pengetahuan kewirausahaan, lingkungan sekolah dan pengalaman Praktek Kerja Industri terhadap intensi berwirausaha, tanpa dapat memberikan dampak tertentu terhadap perilaku berwirausaha.

This study departs from the problem of low entrepreneurial intentions among vocational students in the city, whereas the entrepreneurship is one of instrument which decides the economics growth. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the influence of knowledge of Entrepreneurship, school environment and Industrial Internship experience toward entrepreneurship intention. The method used in this research is descriptive survey method used and the unit of analysis is the class XII students spread over several Vocational School in the city of Bandung. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a sample of 310 students who were selected using random cluster sampling technique. Data were processed and analyzed using SPSS 16.0 for windows. Tools of analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed: 1) Knowledge of entrepreneurial give influence to the entrepreneurial intention. 2) School environment give influence to the entrepreneurial  intention. 3) Industrial Internship experience give influence to the entrepreneurial intention. The study also shows the positive influence of knowledge of entrepreneurial, school environment and Industrial Internship experience toward entrepreneurship  intention. Limitations of this study was only able to know the magnitude of the effect of knowledge of entrepreneurial, school environment and Industrial Internship experience toward entrepreneurial intentions, without being able to give a certain effect on entrepreneurial behavior.
