The aim of this study is to identify the factors which are influence the production of fresh palm and crude palm oil (CPO). The data employed in this study is time series from 1985 - 2004. The variables employed in this study are wide of farm, technology, production of fresh palm and capacity of CPO factory. The technical estimation is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The result shows that wide of farm and technology have positively influenced to production of fresh palm. Production of fresh palm and capacity of CPO factory have positively influenced to production of crude palm oil (CPO). The contribution of wide of farm to production of fresh palm is 5,564 %, the contribution of technology to production of fresh palm is 0,85 %, the contribution of production of fresh palm to production of crude palm oil (CPO) is 0,804 %, and the contribution of capacity of CPO factory to production of crude palm oil (CPO) is 0.546 %. The variables are statistical significant influence to production of fresh palm and production of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) at ?= 5 %.
