Abstract
INDONESIA:
Memaksimumkan kemakmuran pemegang saham atau pemlik perusahaan dapat diwujudkan dengan memaksimumkan nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan yang tinggi akan menarik para investor untuk menginvestasikan modalnya kepada perusahaan tersebut dengan asumsi bahwa pemegang saham akan makmur jika deviden yang didapatkan besar. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pengaruh langsung good corporate governance dan karakteristik perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan serta pengaruh tidak langsungnya melalui profitabilitas pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di JIItahun 2011 – 2015.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftardi JII (Jakarta Islamic Index) tahun 2011-2015. Teknik sampling menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai perusahaan (Y) dan variabel independen adalah komisaris independen (X1), kepemilikan institusional (X2), kepemilikan manajerial (X3), komite audit (X4), ukuranperusahaan (X5), dan umur perusahaan (X6), dengan variabel intervening-nya adalah profitabilitas (Z). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis path.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung komisaris independen, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, serta umur perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Untuk komite audit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Adanya pengaruh tidak langsung pada hubungan komisaris independen, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, komite audit, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui ROA. Dan tidak ada pengaruh tidak langsung pada hubungan umur perusahaan melalui ROA.

Maximizing the prosperity of shareholders or the owner of the company can be realized by maximizing the company value. The high value of the company will attract investor to invest their capital to the enterprise with assumption that the shareholders will prosper if the dividends earned great. The aim of this study, wanting to find out the direct influence of goodcorporate governance and characteristic of the company toward company value as well as the indirect influence through profitability on registered company in JII on the year 2011-2015.
This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The population of this research is registered company in JII (Jakarta Islamic Index) 2011-2015. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. Dependent variable on this study is company value (Y) and the independent variable is commissioner independent (X1), ownership institutional (X2), ownership managerial (X3), the audit committee (X4), company size (X5), and the age of the company (X6), with the intervening variable is profitability (Z). Data analysis technique uses path analysis.
The result of this research shows that the direct influence of independent commissioner, ownership institutional, ownership managerial, along with the age of company do not have any influence toward company value. For audit committee has positive and significant influence toward company value. Size of company has negative and significant influence toward company value. There is indirect influence among relationship of independent commissioner , ownership institutional, ownership managerial, audit committee, and size of company toward company value through ROA. And there is no indirect influence in relationship of the age of the company through ROA.
